The Opportunity

The Gym Instructor assesses clients’ fitness levels, develops personalized exercise programs, provides guidance on equipment use, and ensures a safe, clean, and engaging gym environment. Promotes gym services and delivers professional, high-quality guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling.
Provides advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment.
Provides information, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
Ensures the gym area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Maintains professional, courteous, and engaging interactions with all guests.
Promotes Gym services and contributes to the overall guest experience.
Conducts personal training sessions and group fitness classes, where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

Certified Gym Instructor qualification or relevant degree.
Valid registration with the Cyprus Sports Organisation (KOA) and a registered KOA number.
2 years' experience as a Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor.
Excellent knowledge of English Language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
