Onboarding Officer&nbsp;The companyAltamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd&nbsp;&nbsp;ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible to carry out the closing procedures to complete the transfer of the onboarded / repossessed properties to the REO Portfolio under Altamira’s management. The position will report to the Onboarding Manager.&nbsp;Main responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Responsible to coordinate the collection and review of all the necessary documents for the assigned cases.</li><li>Preparation of all relevant documents and maintenance of records related to clients.</li><li>Present to Land Registry, Government Offices (Courts etc.) for the implementation of the debt – to asset / repossessions&nbsp;</li><li>Performing any administration duties with regards to the transfer closing.</li><li>Liaising with other departments and external parties.</li><li>Maintaining files and registers.</li><li>Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Unit Manager or Department Manager of Functional Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a banking role will be an advantage</li><li>Result driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure as and when required, this may involve some flexible in working hours where deadlines need to be met.</li><li>Analytical and organization skills.</li><li>Effective time management skills</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and company’s clients’ information and documentation</li><li>High levels of integrity and work ethics</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English Language both verbal and written</li></ul>Location Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia) Benefits An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
