Guest Relations Supervisor (m/f/d)

📍  Location:   Chloraka, Paphos (on-site)

🗓  Start Date:   As soon as possible

💼  Employment Type:   Full-time, permanent

🕒  Working Hours:   48 hours/week

🔁  Schedule:   6-day week (incl. weekends & public holidays, rotating)

💶  Salary:   €2,000 gross/month + bonuses (see below)

👥  Reports to:   Operations Manager

Coastalbliss is a growing, German family-run company based in Chloraka, Paphos, Cyprus. We specialise in upscale short-term villa rentals and are proud to hold a guest rating of 9.8 across platforms. Our villas are designed to deliver a premium experience — and smooth, well-coordinated operations are what make that possible. As we scale, we are building a structured on-the-ground team led by our Operations Manager, with dedicated supervisors owning each core area of the operation.

Role Overview

You own the guest experience day to day. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our guests — in person and across every messaging channel. You handle communication and reservations, resolve issues on-site, and make sure every stay runs smoothly from the first enquiry to the fond farewell. You take pride in turning a great holiday into a five-star review.

 

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Experience

•      Be the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay — in person, by phone, and across messaging platforms.

•      Welcome and farewell guests, providing warm, proactive, personalised service throughout.

•      Handle enquiries, special requests, and complaints quickly, calmly, and professionally.

•      Offer tailored local recommendations and coordinate add-on services (private chefs, transfers, experiences).

•      Follow up after check-out to encourage reviews and build lasting guest relationships.

 

Reservations & Channel Management

•      Manage reservations and the booking calendar across Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels.

•      Handle booking changes, confirmations, payment follow-ups, and guest documentation.

•      Keep guest records and CRM logs accurate and up to date.

On-site Coordination

•      Conduct guest check-ins and handovers and resolve on-site issues during the stay.

•      Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance so villas are guest-ready and problems are fixed fast.

•      Cover guest relations across both portfolios when required, in coordination with each Operations Manager.

•      Escalate operational or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager when needed.

Reporting

•      Report daily to the Operations Manager on guest satisfaction, open issues, and upcoming arrivals.

•      Flag recurring problems and propose improvements to the guest journey.

 

Your Profile

•      2–3+ years in a guest-facing hospitality role (4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or property management); supervisory experience a plus.

•      Warm, genuinely service-oriented personality; calm and composed under pressure.

•      Excellent English required; Greek and/or German are a plus; additional languages welcome.

•      Comfortable with booking platforms and CRM tools (Airbnb, Booking.com, or Hostaway experience an advantage).

•      Organised, proactive, and reliable — you follow through.

•      Valid driving licence and EU work permit for Cyprus (EU permit holders only).

•      Flexible and willing to work a 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays on rotation, and to take on-call shifts.

 

What We Offer

•      €2,000 gross/month.

•      A 50% daily-rate bonus for every Sunday and public holiday worked.

•      A €25 allowance for every on-call shift you take.

•      A performance bonus of up to €400 per year (paid in two instalments), linked to guest rating and villa-readiness targets.

•      24 days of annual leave.

•      Company phone and laptop provided for guest communications, and a company vehicle for work tasks during working hours.

•      Permanent position in a stable, professionally managed German company.
