Περιγραφή εργασίας

The ideal candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a refined all-day restaurant and lounge environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge of professional kitchen operations
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate the kitchen team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to cleanliness, quality, consistency, and food safety standards
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef / Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service
  • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to menu standards
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all sections
  • Assist with menu preparation, mise en place, ordering, and stock control
  • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP procedures
  • Help train, guide, and support junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between all kitchen sections
