Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers is seeking to recruit for Paphos, an experienced:

Business Applications and Automation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance internal business applications, digital forms, workflows and automation solutions
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, data extracts, reporting datasets and data transformations based on approved business and management requirements
• Develop and maintain secure integrations, APIs, interfaces and data migration solutions between approved Group systems
• Validate data and ensure the accuracy, performance and reliability of applications, reports and automated processes
• Troubleshoot application, integration and reporting issues, providing technical support as required
• Ensure solutions align with the Group's application and data architecture, applying secure coding, version control, access controls, testing and documentation standards
• Collaborate with business users, the Group IT team and external partners throughout project implementation

Requirements:

• Strong programming, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business and reporting requirements and translate them into practical applications, dashboards and automations
• Strong understanding of data structures, relationships and data-validation principles
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable, accurate and secure applications and reports
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical users
• Team player who can manage priorities and learn new technologies
• Very good command of Greek and English languages

 Qualifications and Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• One to three years of experience in application development, workflow automation, reporting, or a related area. Strong recent graduates with relevant academic projects or internships will also be considered
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language or framework, such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Experience with SQL databases, writing SQL queries, REST APIs, and system integrations
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, data extracts, or automated reporting solutions
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and secure software development and data access practices
• Exposure to reporting and data visualization tools, low-code or workflow automation platforms, or cloud application services will be considered an advantage
