Junior Software Programmer / Analyst  to join our company in a virtual team environment and engage in a variety of software projects and IT domains. 

Responsibilities:

• Writes code (css/html/js/sql) of the application to be developed under the guidance of senior programmers/analysts.
• Learns development and solutions platforms (BPM, DMS, DOCGEN, etc)
• Assists in the study, documentation and analysis of business requirements and software specifications.
• Carries out debugging and troubleshooting of programs. Records findings and helps to identify the possible problems in the software.
• Drafts basic user manuals and administration manuals and help in the complete documentation of the entire application.
• Help in training the client users and provides assistance during User acceptance Testing.
• Study existing software and help create new functionality or provide client support.
• Works at client sites if required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office       
• Good knowledge of Communication / Collaboration Software (skype, viber, webex)
• An understanding of Software Development Methodologies
• An understanding of data (database) modelling methodologies
• An understanding of Flow Diagrams (Data Flows, Workflows)
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment
• Ability to apply critical thinking to problem resolution and solution determination
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills

The following Skills will be considered an advantage

• SQL / MySQL
• HTML / CSS
• JavaScript
• C#
• Visual Studio
