Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Engineer with the daily delivery of project management activities including:
· Liaising and communicating with authorities, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project
· Carrying out site visits
· Overseeing quality control and health & safety matters
· Monitoring project progress and cost
· Procuring of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
· Administering the related project information, documentation and correspondence.
· Preparation of solutions for changes and following up their implementation
· Preparation of progress reports
· Coordinating with other Company departments
Assist the Project Management team with the implementation of the adopted project management software and the preparation of progress reports.
Contribute to processes' development and improvement to enhance project management team procedures.
Competencies:
Teamwork, Communication, Organisational Skills, Problem Solving, Adaptability
Software knowledge:
MS Office, AutoCAD
Training on Procore, the Company's project management software, will be provided
Educational Qualifications:
BSc or Meng in Civil Engineering. Candidate must be eligible for ETEK registration (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
Experience Required:
0–2 years
Will be considered an advantage:
· Procore (project management software) knowledge
· Knowledge of Project Management principles
