Themis Portfolio Management Ltd, a specialized servicer of non-performing loans, is currently seeking to recruit a Chief Operations Officer. The position would be based in Nicosia and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business
• Collaborates with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy
• Evaluates company performance and recommends strategies to improve results
• Acts as a strategic partner with the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Analyzes internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Reviews and amends, when necessary, policies with the aim of improving and promoting vision and culture
• Builds and maintains trusting relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversees marketing initiatives and implements better business practices
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is strongly preferred
• Extensive work experience in an executive leadership role
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the industry
• Having worked in a variety of positions within a corporate business environment
• Having experience in managing people and teams
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strategic planning and business development Skills
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
