Main duties & responsibilities:
-Prepare the relevant forecasts needed for the preparation of the Bank’s annual business plan
-Support the CFO in the end-to-end budgeting forecasting and follow up
-Support the CFO in the preparation of the Interim and Annual Financial Statements ensuring compliance with Statutory Law and Financial Regulations IFRS’s)
Support internal and external audit requests and provide the necessary documentation and explanations
-Lead the preparation, validation and submission of prudential and regulatory reports, including FINREP, ILAAP, Immovable property, Funding plan etc
·Perform analytical reviews investigating reporting exceptions and coordinating remediation activities
·Prepare management information and ad hoc analytical reports to support senior management's strategic and operational decision-making.
Assist in the month end and year end closing process
Successful applicants should have
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within banking or in a financial consultancy role
- Very good understanding of IFRS’s
- Academic and/or professional qualifications in a Financial Services-related field
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Greek
Remuneration:
