We 're hiring a Kitchen Manager in our restaurant in Limassol (My Mall)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in the field of Culinary Art or Hospitality will be considered as an advantage.
• At least 3 years work experience in a relevant position.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Greek and English language.
• Team work spirit.
• Computers skills. 

Duties:

• Manage the opening and closing of the kitchen.
• Check on the preparation, cooking and presentation of food, quickly and efficiently, meeting the OB standards.
• Keep up to date with current promotions, new products and store specials.
• Make sure that all employees work safely around kitchen equipment. Monitor and deal with any maintenance issues promptly.
• Managing store rooms, fridges and freezers in accordance with HACCP.
• Manage all kitchen-related office administration.
• Identify and take an active role in the recruitment of new staff members and upskilling current staff members.
• Maintain accurate orders and stocking levels.
• Assist in achieving financial targets set for the store through effective stock control.
