Ella Jazz Bar is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to strengthen its kitchen team. This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional who values quality, consistency, and teamwork.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to take responsibility for a designated kitchen section. The successful candidate will maintain high culinary standards, ensure consistency in food preparation, and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present dishes according to Ella Jazz Bar standards
Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section
Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Work closely with senior kitchen staff on menu development and improvements
Maintain organisation and cleanliness within your section

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for food with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
