Join Our Kitchen Team as Sous Chef at Grandresort Hotel!

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Grandresort Hotel. If you thrive under pressure, love leading a team, and take pride in delivering excellent food and service, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising lunch and dinner service with confidence, making quick decisions to keep things running smoothly
• Ordering and managing food supplies, ensuring everything is fresh, well organized, and stored properly
• Overseeing staff meals to make sure quality and quantity are always on point
• Keeping the kitchen, pastry section, and all other areas spotless and up to standard
• Working closely with our Chefs de Partie to bring every menu to life

What We're Looking For

• A Diploma in Food Production from a Hotel School, or solid hands on experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
• Fluency in Greek and English
