CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Cloud-native software solutions company with expanding operations in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Account Executive to join their growing team. As an Account Executive, will own the day-to-day commercial relationships with a portfolio of customers. The role combines responsibility for real customer relationships, with commercial exposure to a fast-moving, technology-driven company. An academic background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable, and any prior experience in a relevant position is highly desirable, although Recent Graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, and confident communicating with customers at different levels and through various channels. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Own the day-to-day commercial relationship for a portfolio of customers.
• Keep customers informed about relevant products, capabilities, and developments.
• Understand customer requirements and feedback, communicate them clearly to the Delivery team, and identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication and follow up on open matters until they are resolved.
• Support website news and social media content using AI-assisted tools and approved brand assets.
• Work with Finance to ensure customers are billed accurately and on time.
• Follow up consistently to secure timely customer collections.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a relevant position is highly desirable, although Recent Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, attentive to detail, disciplined and able to prioritise and manage follow-ups.
• Persistent, professional, and comfortable following through on commitments.
• Commercially minded.
• Confident communicating with customers at different levels and through various channels.
• Able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Takes ownership and works independently with good judgement.
• Eager to learn and grow into greater commercial responsibility.
• Comfortable using business tools such as Pipedrive, Zoho Books, Jira, and Confluence, with the confidence to learn new systems.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to draft, refine and repurpose content.
• Tech-savvy and confident using standard productivity tools such as MS Office and Apple iWork.
• Comfortable preparing, reviewing, and publishing social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
