Join us in the capacity of Account Manager and become a valuable member of the Commercial Department at our Head Office.
The primary role of the Account Manager is to manage, develop, and grow existing and new Business-to-Business (B2B) partnerships, supporting the achievement of the Group’s commercial strategic goals, annual hotel revenue targets, and operational budgets.
The Account Manager is responsible for the formulation, implementation, presentation, and achievement of an annual business development and account management plan, ensuring optimal performance of assigned distribution channels in close collaboration with the Revenue and Marketing teams.

What we expect from you:
- Understands, communicates, and negotiates KANIKA Hotels B2B pricing, yield, reservation, and distribution policies, providing insights, suggestions, and recommendations where appropriate
- Actively contributes to the preparation and achievement of annual strategic revenue and business development targets
- Manages and nurtures B2B partner relationships through structured account planning, regular communication, and performance reviews
- Supports the execution of business development initiatives, including targeted sales visits, trade shows, exhibitions, and online presentations or webinars
- Reviews monthly forecast and production data for assigned accounts and proposes corrective actions when required
- Monitors expenses related to the annual business development plan
- Liaises closely with the Marketing Department to ensure accurate hotel content, promotional alignment, and partner-facing materials
- Supports the implementation of Annual Business Development Activities related to assigned accounts, in line with the Commercial Strategic Plan
- Ensures accurate documentation and follow-up of account activity using internal systems and reporting tools
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a similar B2B commercial role (preferably within hospitality or travel)
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with high levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English
