Rivertech delivers best-in-class nautical and technical support for European-based luxury river cruisers, tailored to the needs of demanding, discerning, and international guests. With three locations in Europe and over 15 years of experience, we employ well over 500 employees and majority of our experts are captains, engineers, and sailors who work on board and receive solid backup and assistance from our offices. Our shoreside offices are based:

• in Arnhem, Netherlands
• in Zug, Switzerland, and
• in Limassol, Cyprus

Job specification

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in the Finance/Accounting area (preferably in the Shipping sector).
• Computer literate (Windows environment, Microsoft Word & Excel).
• General awareness ISO standards and GDPR requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
• Be an EU citizen or have a Work Permit.

• Communication skills; being able to communicate with colleagues at all levels, in a professional manner.

• Be dedicated and committed to the tasks at hand.

Responsibilities

To support the Finance Department by performing various tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
