On behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant to join its expanding team. The firm works with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, including businesses and entrepreneurs, and offers a broad range of services in accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, advisory, and audit. Role Overview

The Accountant will play an important role in supporting the daily financial operations of the firm and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records within the accounting system
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, debtors, and creditors
• Prepare and submit VAT and VIES reports within required deadlines
• Support financial analysis and assist senior accountants and partners with various accounting tasks
• Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and compliance with internal procedures
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the department through effective coordination and attention to detail

Requirements

• LCCI Level 3 Higher or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or similar department
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy
• Experience with accounting software, with knowledge of E-SOFT considered an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role
