💼 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the contact for a portfolio of international clients, and you will be guided towards managing their day-to-day accounting needs and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From VAT compliance to liaising with auditors, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations.
Your mission includes:
Daily book-keeping for a portfolio of clients
Recording and reviewing daily financial transactions with accuracy
Reconciling accounts across banks, suppliers, customers, and intercompany balances
Preparing monthly management reports and accounting reports
Handling VAT, VIES, and tax reports submissions (IR1, IR7, etc.)
Managing payroll and employee-related financial matters
Coordinating with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
Supporting client bank payments when needed
Keeping documentation tidy, timely, and audit-ready
🎯 What We’re Looking For
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Fluent in English and Greek (spoken and written)
A team player with strong communication and time management skills
Professional, pleasant, and cool under pressure
The following will be considered as advantage:
2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
Knowledge and experience of Cyprus tax and VAT regulations
Payroll preparation knowledge and experience
