Premier Shukuroglou Group is one of the oldest companies in the Cyprus market and holds today a leading position in the crop protection, plant nutrition, animal health and nutrition, and public health products businesses.
We are seeking an Accounting Operations Officer with proven operational finance experience and strong analytical capability to support daily accounting processes and provide structured reporting directly to the CFO.
The position requires ownership, independent reconciliation capability, and the ability to work for a multi-company Group.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Accounting Control
· Full ownership of supplier invoice processing
· Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
· Preparation and execution of structured payment cycles
· Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
· Cash and cheque control procedures
· Identification and resolution of discrepancies independently
· Active participation in month-end closing
Management Reporting
· Payables ageing analysis and commentary
· Cash flow planning support
· Ad-hoc financial analysis requested by CFO
Mandatory Requirements
Applications will only be considered if the candidate demonstrates:
· Minimum 5 years experience in operational finance or accounts payable within a structured environment
· Proven experience performing full reconciliations independently
· Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, structured analysis)
· Experience working with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
· Ability to explain financial variances clearly
