Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cashiering operations across all company locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Oversee vehicle invoicing processes across all locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Support Internal Audit processes and report findings to Finance Manager.
Post vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and payment procedures.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Participate in annual stock counts and evaluate variances and findings.
Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer account statements.
Post customer receipts in an accurate and timely manner.
Process and post supplier and other payments.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.
Bachelor or equivalent qualification in accounting or a related field.
Prior relevant experience in accounting will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong digital literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to and work efficiently with modern technology tools.
