Key Responsibilities
-Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
-Draft, manage, and organize emails, letters, and other correspondence.
-Prepare and submit forms and documentation for the Tax Department, Social Insurance Department, Registrar of Companies, and other relevant authorities.
-Work with online government and regulatory platforms and client profiles, including systems such as Ergani, SISWeb Social Insurance services, TFA Tax Department portal, CyLogin, and other relevant electronic portals.
-Assist with applications, registrations, benefit claims, UBO-related procedures, and other submissions through government systems.
-Assist with the preparation and collection of documentation required for accounting, audit, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.
-Support the AML Compliance Officer by gathering and organizing client due diligence and compliance information.
-Assist with client communication, engagement documentation, and meeting preparations.
-Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
-Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination.
-Handle general administrative and office support duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
-Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
-Ability to work comfortably with online government portals and electronic submission systems.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently.
-Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
-Proactive mindset and willingness to learn procedures related to accounting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Experience
-Previous experience in an administrative role within an accounting, audit, legal, or corporate services environment will be considered an advantage.
-Familiarity with government portals, corporate administration, electronic submissions, or AML procedures will be considered an additional advantage.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
