Support the Internal Operations Manager in coordinating daily tasks, managing office operations, and handling the administration of support-related processes, including monitoring and updating support tickets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and follow-ups within the team.
Monitor the support ticketing system, ensuring tickets are logged correctly and assigned promptly to the appropriate technical personnel.
Track and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate with clients for basic ticket confirmations or updates when required.
Support the daily administrative needs of the office (e.g., supplies, courier arrangements, filing).
Maintain organized internal records for operations and support.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to other departments when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of technical support workflows or willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with software systems (support platforms, Excel, email).
Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).
Experience in administration or operations is preferred but not required.
