Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide both personal and corporate support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently, and able to handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality. This role mainly focuses on personal assistance (80%) with additional corporate and office support responsibilities (20%).
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistance (80%)
•Manage calendars, appointments, and daily scheduling
•Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, taxis, and itineraries
•Handle monthly payments and recurring tasks
•Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and expense tracking
•Assist with communications and correspondence
•Coordinate with banks, accountants, agents, and external service providers for private companies
•Liaise with Cyprus authorities and public services when required
•Organize administrative tasks
•Availability outside standard working hours when necessary, particularly during travel periods or urgent situations
•Ensure smooth day-to-day personal and administrative operations while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
Corporate Support (20%)
•Assist with occasional corporate travel arrangements
•Coordinate office supplies and office maintenance/cleaning services
•Assist with relocation-related support when required
•Support general office administration and operational tasks
Preferred Qualifications
•Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
•Comfortable communicating with banks, accountants, government authorities, and external stakeholders
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
•Fluent English is mandatory
•Conversational Greek is considered a strong advantage. Any additional languages are a plus
•A proactive attitude and a “can-do” approach to all assignments
