CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Law Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an AI & Automations Expert to join their growing team based in Paphos. As an AI & Automations Expert, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered tools and automation workflows which enhance operational efficiencies across both legal and financial service lines. Our client is seeking applicants who hold proven experience working with AI tools and/or workflow automation such as Zapier, n8n, or similar, with an understanding of legal and/or financial business processes considered a strong advantage. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Design and deploy automation solutions using AI tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Monitor and optimise automated workflows for performance and accuracy.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to the legal and finance sectors.

 

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Proven experience in AI tools or workflow automation (e.g. Zapier, n8n, or similar).
• Strong understanding of legal or financial business processes is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
