Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: Hybrid (1 day per week from home after probation)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Salary: €1,400 – €2,500 gross per month, 13 salaries (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)

Our client is an established international software and consulting company developing specialist technology solutions for utilities, municipalities and government organisations worldwide.

The company combines software development with technical consulting to help organisations manage infrastructure, resources and operational data more effectively. With a growing international client base, the business is looking to strengthen its Product Services team in Cyprus.

This is a varied, client-facing technical role combining software implementation, troubleshooting, SQL, reporting and user training. The successful candidate will work closely with international customers and internal project teams, gaining hands-on exposure to both technology and real-world infrastructure management projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure the company’s software systems and related technologies
• Configure and support Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Provide remote technical support to customers via telephone and online channels
• Provide on-site customer support and troubleshooting when required
• Diagnose technical issues and assist customers with effective resolution
• Deliver system training and guidance to administrators, managers and operational users
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on customer and project requirements
• Write and maintain SQL scripts for reporting, configuration and data-related requirements
• Support customers with the effective use and administration of software applications
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and project teams to support successful implementations
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout implementation and support activities

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working with software systems and learning new technologies
• Proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different types of users
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and enthusiasm to continuously develop technical knowledge and skills
