ARC Architects & Engineers is seeking motivated individuals to participate in the design and supervision of building projects in a creative, professional, and pleasant working environment.

Required Qualifications

·         Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in the field of architecture

·         Good knowledge of AutoCAD

·         Knowledge of ArchiCAD will be considered an additional qualification

·         Good understanding of planning regulations and licensing procedures

Responsibilities

1.    Preparation of architectural drawings

2.    Preparation and submission of planning and building permit applications

3.    Creation of three-dimensional models and architectural presentations
