DMA Architects-Engineers is seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join our team at our offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of architectural projects, from concept design and planning applications through to detailed design, construction documentation and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through to detailed design and construction stages.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Prepare and submit planning and building permit documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities where required.
• Assist with project coordination and preparation of tender and construction documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable Cyprus planning regulations, building regulations, standards and requirements.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of projects within the practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Previous professional experience in an architectural practice is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows will be considered a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of Cyprus planning and building regulations.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and detailing.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
