Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers, is seeking to recruit for its head office in Paphos, an:

Architect 

Scope and general purpose:

Under the general guidance of the Management and Senior Architects, operating within the company’s policies, regulations and procedures, the Architect will join a team responsible for Large - Mixed Use Projects of the Leptos Group.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare the necessary architectural studies and designs under a script and guideline of a team                     leader

·         Be a strong team member, able to coordinate with a team of professionals, designers and engineers.

·         Supervise the progress of works, ensuring the conformity with the project guidelines budget,                       specifications and time constraints

·         As a design team member, collaborate to resolve any issues that arise during design development               and construction

·         Be creative and inspired, able to communicate new ideas.

 

Requirements:

·         University Degree in Architecture

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, supervision and construction  

          of high end large residential and/or hotel and/or mixed-use projects

·         Knowledge of local codes and town planning regulations

·         Proficient in Autocad, Revit, lumion

·         Ability to work in a team and to be an efficient and inspiring team member

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Fluency in the Greek and English languages
