Position Overview: 

Due to the ongoing growth of our operations, Marinakis Developers is actively looking to expand and strengthen our team. As our projects continue to scale, we're excited to welcome new talent to support our continued success.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project Design Management
• Project Licensing & Compliance
• Project Coordination & Leadership
• Construction Oversight

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design and/or engineering
• Registered/Certified Architect in Cyprus or eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
