Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an Area Retail Supervisor to oversee two premium coffee boutiques in Nicosia and Larnaca. The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand standards, exceptional customer experience, strong commercial performance, and full operational compliance across both locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about coffee and premium service.
Main duties & responsibilities
Ensure full implementation of brand guidelines, SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and opening/closing procedures
Drive customer experience excellence by ensuring tastings, recipes, and machine demonstrations are offered to every customer
Monitor service quality, promote First Contact Resolution, and manage escalated customer issues when required
Lead, coach, and develop boutique managers and teams through feedback, shadowing, role-plays, and performance follow-up
Ensure effective communication and execution of campaigns, launches, and operational updates
