ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER

The Assistant Housekeeper shall support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all villas, public areas, and staff facilities of Periyiali Konnos Villas Beach Resort.

Key duties include:

• Assisting in the daily supervision and coordination of housekeeping staff assigned to villas and common areas
• Ensuring all villas are cleaned, prepared, and presented according to resort quality standards and guest expectations
• Conducting inspections of villas and public areas, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Monitoring correct use, storage, and safety of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Supporting linen, laundry, and housekeeping inventory control
• Coordinating closely with Reception, Maintenance, and Management to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a resort, villas, or hotel environment
• Supervisory or assistant supervisory experience will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and health & safety regulations
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties

Salary: 1400 -1700 euros per month
