HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR SUPERVISOR

THE ROLE

You will oversee daily housekeeping operations on your assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas arecleaned and presented to a 5-star standard. You will work closely with the housekeeping team — assigning tasks,guiding staff, and keeping the shift running smoothly.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on assigned floors

— Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet our standards

— Ensure rooms are ready on time for arriving guests

— Log and follow up on maintenance issues

— Train and support housekeeping staff

— Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping concerns promptly

— Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
 

REQUIREMENTS

— Previous experience would be considered as an advantage

— Strong attention to detail

— Good command of Greek and English

— Ability to lead and motivate a team

— Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

— EU nationality or valid EU work permit
