Job Description

Our firm is recruiting an Associate to join our Business Consulting team in view of the expansion of our operations.

This is an entry-level position and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated, creative and tech-savvy individual to gain hands-on experience in consulting, business development, client presentations, research, financial analysis and project support.

The successful candidate will support the team across a range of advisory engagements and internal projects, with a particular focus on preparing high-quality presentations, reports, visual materials and client-facing deliverables. 

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in various types of engagements and have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Consulting team in consulting projects, including valuations, feasibility studies, business plans, sell-side assistance, market research and other advisory assignments.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting and design of professional presentations, client reports, proposals and other business materials.
  • Transform written content, financial information and research findings into clear, well-structured slides, charts, graphics and visual outputs.
  • Carry out data gathering, document review, market research and basic financial analysis.
  • Support business development and marketing activities of the firm, including the preparation of credentials, proposals, presentation decks and client-facing material.
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of content for the firm’s website, social media, newsletters, campaigns and other communication channels, where required.
  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva, AI tools and other relevant software to prepare polished and professional materials.
  • Support the team with project coordination, internal tracking, scheduling, document management and day-to-day administrative tasks linked to consulting engagements.
  • Stay up to date with new digital tools and practical technology solutions that can improve the quality, speed and presentation of the team’s work.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, associates and internal team members.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management of the department.

Candidate Characteristics

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or any other related field.
  • Entry-level position. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong interest in digital tools, AI tools, presentation software and new ways of working.
  • Strong computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, ElevenLabs or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong presentation design skills, with the ability to prepare clean, professional and visually clear slides.
  • Strong eye for layout, structure and visual communication.
  • Good understanding of general business and economic developments.
  • Good research, analytical and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce polished work.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a growth-oriented perspective.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and in writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, mature and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
