Proactively identify, target, and onboard new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Influencers, and Institutional clients.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company's partner network and market share.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring consistent progress toward and achievement of growth targets.
Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and remuneration structures to secure mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
Relationship & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key partners, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, providing data-driven insights and strategic guidance to optimize their performance and revenue generation.
Act as an internal advocate for partners, coordinating with Marketing, Technology, and Compliance teams to address their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop initiatives to expand those relationships.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Continuously monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the Forex/CFD industry.
Provide strategic feedback and market intelligence to senior management to help shape product offerings, marketing campaigns, and business strategy.
Represent Markets.com at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
Performance & Reporting
Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and partner activation rates.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and partnership performance to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a business development, sales, or partnership role within the Forex/CFD industry.
Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and successfully managing high-value partner relationships.
Deep understanding of financial markets, CFD trading, and the operational models of IBs and Affiliates.
Strong existing network of contacts within the Forex/IB community is a significant advantage.
