Responsibilities:

This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:

·         Lead and perform audits for multiple clients across various industries (e.g. investment, finance, trading) in line with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law

·         Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations in accordance with IFRS and Cyprus tax legislation

·         Review audit work of junior staff, ensuring quality control and compliance before Senior Manager review

·         Assist in staff allocation, budget planning, and tracking audit engagement progress

·         Maintain direct communication with clients and internal departments to collect information and address ongoing matters

·         Monitor daily work status and report regularly to the Senior Audit Manager

·         Support, train, and guide junior team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment

·         Attend client meetings and ensure audit deliverables align with client expectations

·         Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently

·         Perform other audit-related duties as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:

·         ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting (IT-related degree is a plus) and a strong academic record

·         Over 5 years of audit firm experience, including at least 3 years post-qualification

·         Solid knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, Cyprus tax, and CaseWare

·         Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus

·         IT literate and capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
