Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages to a high standard
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station (HACCP & hygiene standards)
• Provide friendly, attentive service and support the team during busy periods
• Assist with new menu items and seasonal beverage suggestions when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk texturing, and basic latte art
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Professional appearance and reliability
• Team spirit, professional & positive attitude, attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
