Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages to a high standard
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station (HACCP & hygiene standards)
- Provide friendly, attentive service and support the team during busy periods
- Assist with new menu items and seasonal beverage suggestions when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk texturing, and basic latte art
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Professional appearance and reliability
- Team spirit, professional & positive attitude, attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
