CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established importer and distributor of premium alcoholic beverages across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the company's portfolio across Cyprus. This role drives brand growth through strategic planning, effective brand management, marketing activations, and close collaboration with sales, distributors, agencies, and international brand partners. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 2+ years of experience in a relevant position, with strong knowledge of brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, and standard working hours are from 08:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement annual marketing and brand plans aligned with global brand strategies.
• Define brand positioning, pricing, promotions, and market execution across On Trade and Off Trade channels.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support new product launches.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, trade shows, festivals, tastings, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Oversee POS materials, packaging adaptations, promotional assets, and creative content to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, social media, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and online brand presence.
• Support Sales with product presentations, training materials, catalogues, and customer proposals.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing projects with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor brand performance, market trends, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports for management and international brand owners.
• Manage marketing budgets, A&P spending, supplier negotiations, and return on investment.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar marketing or brand management role.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Experience planning events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
• WSET certification and a Category B driving license will be considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to attend events and travel when required.
