Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Aviation Industry - HEAVYTECH MRO

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term financial strategy of our aviation group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive financial management experience, and a solid background in the aviation industry.

The CFO will play a key role in supporting executive management, optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, lessors, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor and improve financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures
• Support aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, and capital raising activities
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and aviation regulations
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and business performance analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial executive
• Mandatory experience in the aviation industry
• Strong knowledge of aviation finance, leasing structures, and operational economics
• Excellent understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management
• Experience with audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• English language is mandatory
