CLINICAL RECEPTION COORDINATOR

 Ref. code: 210725

The Institute is looking for a Clinical Reception Coordinator to join the outpatients ward of the Clinical Department of the Institute.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical duties - such as General Health Care System registration - supporting patients in accessing clinic and ancillary department services.  

REQUIREMENTS

• A High School diploma; and
• A minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; and
• Ability to work effectively under pressure; and
• Customer service and supervisory skills; and
• Command of the Greek and English languages

Prior experience and/or knowledge of clinical operations and procedures and familiarity with medical terminology will be considered as advantages.
