Role and main responsibilities
The successful Collections Officer will have the following main responsibilities:
· Execute daily calls related to debt collection activities
· Communicate with obligors to obtain the necessary financial information
· Participate in telephone campaigns
· Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager
Profile of the ideal candidate
· Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / in Finance / Business Administration / Economics/ or other related area
· At least two (2) years in debt collection or similar role will be regarded as an advantage
· Results-driven, motivated individual competent to chase the assigned KPIs and execute tasks in a timely manner
· Communication skills
· High levels of integrity and work ethics
· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Excellent Knowledge of Greek and English language
Location
Larnaca or Limassol
