Salary: €1350 - €1650 (Gross for full time positions)

Hours: 8 Hours Shifts

Nomad Bread & Coffee is seeking talented Confectioners and Assistant Confectioners to join our creative bakery team. If you have a passion for crafting exquisite pastries, cakes, and desserts, and you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Confectioner:
  • Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts with attention to detail and artistry.
  • Create and develop new recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage the production schedule to meet daily bakery demands and special orders.
• Assistant Confectioner:
  • Support the confectioner in prepping ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling pastries.
  • Assist in decorating cakes and desserts to meet high presentation standards.
  • Ensure all ingredients and tools are prepared for efficient production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
