Manage incoming leads (no cold calling) and convert them into active clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Present company products and services effectively to potential clients.
Handle negotiations and close deals with a high conversion rate.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Cooperate with colleagues and management to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in English/Polish/German
Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferably)
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ambition, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
Charismatic personality and a results-driven mindset.
Valid work permit for Cyprus (visa sponsorship is not provided).
