Corporate Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join our growing team. As a Corporate Administrator, you will be expected to support the day-to-day administration of our clients’ corporate entities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of corporate administration duties including corporate filings, liaising with authorities and banks, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfers, share certificates, UBO registry entries, annual returns and assisting with various ad-hoc corporate, secretarial and administrative matters.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
Incorporation of Cyprus companies and handling post-incorporation matters.
Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfers, share certificates, and annual returns.
Maintaining statutory registers and ensuring up-to-date corporate records in line with local legislation.
Reviewing HE forms and other statutory filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Coordinating annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings.
Opening and reviewing of corporate bank accounts.
Assisting clients with changes to company structures (e.g., changes of directors, secretaries, registered office, and share capital).
Assisting with client onboarding.
Supporting due diligence processes for new and existing clients.
Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks to support the firm’s corporate services.
Maintain accurate and well-organized corporate files and databases, which might involve updating, managing, and maintaining filing system, organizing documents, and retrieving files.
Assisting with document management, including scanning, photocopying, and organizing files both electronically and in hard copy.
Key Skills/Experience
Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or another relevant field.
Approximately 3+ years of proven work experience in Corporate Administration is a must.
Strong knowledge of dealing with the full spectrum of Registrar of Companies matters is essential.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of use of a corporate management software is highly desirable. Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English is essential.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Any knowledge or attendance to any recent AML Seminars will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High sense of responsibility and integrity.
Ability to handle client requests and deadlines.
