Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact and handling their corporate administration needs
Communicate with clients, the Registrar of Companies, and external agents and service providers where applicable, to ensure matters are progressed and completed in a timely manner
Handle the incorporation, maintenance, and administration of companies, including the preparation and filing of statutory documents and the upkeep of corporate records and registers
Coordinate and follow up on corporate changes, filings, and requests with the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities
Maintain and assist in updating the 'Know Your Customer' and 'Client Due Diligence' documentation for company clients
Assist with client file reviews and ongoing monitoring, helping to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
Support senior team members with monthly, yearly and ad-hoc regulatory reporting obligations, as required by CySEC
Keep informed of relevant laws, regulatory amendments, and industry best practices in order to help keep internal procedures and client files up to date
Assist in updating AML, Sanctions and other manuals as laws and regulations develop
Perform other relevant administrative and compliance-related duties assigned for the overall benefit of the company and its collaborating entities
Main Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Law/Economics/Finance/Accounting or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a corporate services / fiduciary administration role, or in dealing with the Registrar of Companies, will be considered a strong advantage
Holder of, or working towards, an AML Certification from CySEC or ICA (for ICPAC and CBA Members) will be considered an advantage
Basic knowledge of the AML Law and relevant Directives
Previous experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered an advantage
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with clients, authorities and external agents
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Greek will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
