Corporate – Fiduciary Administrator
Christos Patsalides Corporate Management Ltd is a corporate services provider offering the administration of Cyprus and international companies, together with secretarial, fiduciary, banking, legal and related professional services.
As part of our continued development, we are looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional who wishes to build a long-term career in corporate and fiduciary services.
The successful candidate will work with a varied portfolio of Cyprus and international companies and gain practical experience in corporate administration, banking, compliance, accounting and legal matters. The position offers a clear path towards becoming a trusted, client-facing professional with independent responsibility for corporate structures and client relationships.
The Role
The successful candidate will initially work under the guidance of a Corporate Services Manager and will progressively assume responsibility for client relationships and the independent administration of a portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with clients and handling their day-to-day corporate administration requirements.
- Coordinating client matters with the company’s compliance, accounting and legal teams.
- Assisting with the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus and overseas companies.
- Preparing board and shareholder resolutions and other corporate documents.
- Coordinating share transfers, changes of officers, changes in share capital and other corporate actions.
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, banks, payment institutions and overseas service providers.
- Collecting, reviewing and maintaining KYC and due-diligence documentation.
- Identifying changes or circumstances that may require compliance review and referring them to the appropriate team.
- Maintaining accurate corporate records and internal systems.
- Monitoring and meeting statutory, client and internal deadlines.
Qualifications
- University or college degree in a relevant discipline.
- A degree in law will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in corporate administration or a related professional services environment will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
