Duties and responsibilities:

• Client communication and general correspondence.
• Working with the corporate team, supporting each other.
• Completing forms, drafting of letters, resolutions, legal documents and agreements as well as overseeing closing of transactions.
• Studying and opining on Cyprus laws.
• Keeping up with clients deadlines.
• Preparation and submission of applications to Registrar of Companies.

Background and education:

• Holder of an LLB degree.
• Holder of an LLM degree or barrister or solicitor professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a lawyer.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
