Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean in Cyprus are seeking to rectuit a Corporate Sales Manager Based in Nicosia
Job Responsibilities
Develop a sales action plan by market and segment, for both hotels, approved by the Director of sales & Marketing, and execute
Actively search for and convert new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, MICE, groups, OTA partners, airlines, companies, travel agencies, Tour operators, premium corporate accounts, etc)
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
Responsible to take control of all group quotations and follow up and coordination with Reservations, Front Office, Operations, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution
Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and FAM trips
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Identify new markets, niches, and seasonal opportunities
Participate in sales meetings, revenue and marketing meeting
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and client databases
Follow hotels policies, brand standards, and GDPR data-protection regulations
Work closely with the Yield & Revenue Manager of the company and the Assistant Yield & Revenue Manager, to achieve yearly room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and segment targets, according to the approved budgets
on stop sales, special offers, overview of groups and T.O. business and weekly follow up
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Operations, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution of all bookings and group stays
