CORPORATE SECRETARY / CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
A boutique corporate law firm based in Larnaca is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Secretary / Corporate Administrator to join its growing practice.
The firm advises local and international clients in the areas of corporate services, real estate transactions, commercial agreements, banking matters, and estate administration.
The successful candidate should have:
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
• Strong computer literacy, including Outlook and professional typing skills in English and Greek
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with a corporate service provider or law firm
• Practical experience in company incorporations, corporate changes, Registrar filings (including HE32 forms), invoicing, immigration procedures, and day-to-day corporate administration
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to work efficiently within a small, collaborative, and client-focused team
