About the Role 

WireWallet is seeking a Creative Content Designer with strong design capabilities, content creation skills, and a good understanding of digital marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual content across multiple channels while ensuring consistency with brand identity and communication strategy. 

This role requires the ability to develop creative solutions, produce high-quality design work, manage multiple priorities, and support marketing initiatives within a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and create high-quality company presentations, brochures, business cards, corporate identity assets, and other marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. 
• Design and create engaging visual content and social media creatives for the company’s social media platforms, brand communication initiatives, and ongoing campaigns.  
• Create banner sets and digital advertising assets for platforms including Google Ads and other marketing channels. 
• Develop visual assets for landing pages while maintaining consistency with brand standards. 
• Create video visuals and short animation content for social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. 
• Support basic social media management activities, including content scheduling and coordination. 
• Assist with CMS updates and basic website content management tasks. 
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and engagement. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all visual content aligns with company branding, messaging, and marketing objectives. 
• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities reasonably requested by the Company/Manager that are within the scope of the role. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design, content creation, or creative marketing roles. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across both digital and print formats (portfolio submission is required as part of the application). 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. 
• Basic understanding of social media management and content creation best practices. 
• Previous experience in the financial services, fintech, or payments industry will be considered an advantage. 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual design work. 
• Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques. 
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with motion graphics or simple animations. 
• Familiarity with performance marketing assets and A/B testing. 
• Understanding of UX/UI principles. 
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.
