Job Description:

• Installing and configuring printing devices hardware, software, operating systems, networks and applications.
• Monitoring and Maintaining printing devices and computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service supporting issues from Customers requests.
• Communicate with clients and provide technical support (in person, via phone , or online).
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and electronic equipment of the company and its customers.
• Performing regular maintenance and tests.
• Deliver and install equipment. 
• The engineer will cover the area of Nicosia. In extreme cases and accordingly to the needs of the Service Department, any one of the engineers could cover other cities in the island.
• Ability and need to follow the technology and takes the necessary training courses, online, or abroad

General requirements:

• Able to establish and maintain effective working business relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve IT Sales targets.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously.
• Creates new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues. Identifies new technologies and shows a willingness to upgrade the traditional ones.
• Maintains effective work professional behaviour in the face of setbacks or under pressure
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Driving license
• Mechanical and electronic skills
• Communication skills – approaching the customer.
